Persia, silver tetradrachm in the types of Athens, c. This imitation is of unusual style, but has certain similarities with imitatory coinage struck in eastern Persia and Bactria in the early Hellensitic period. In particular, the elongated reverse owl is absent from the prototypical coinage of Athens, and arguably a signature of far-Eastern origin. VF+, test cut on obverse, the reverse somewhat double-struck.
