NGC authenticated, graded, serialized and encapsulated ancient silver Tetradrachm. Of Alexander III, commonly referred to as Alexander The Great, the young famed Macedonian. Ruler who united the Greek city-states and conquered an Empire encompassing most of. He reigned from 336 to 323 BC. Obverse depicts bust of Herakles (Hercules) wearing the Nemean Lion head dress. Reverse shows Zeus seated on throne, eagle in hand. Due to the large size of the coin, the holder is slightly thicker than usual. Graded "VERY GOOD" with a 5/5 for Strike but a 3/5 for Surface.
